  • We ordered the bowl and spoon gift set for our family event. I live in the USA and delivery had to be made to my Mom in Bangalore. Boontoon coordinated very well with both of us. We also ordered the gift wrap and thank you card as the cost was well worth it. They worked with me for designing the thank you card and made it exactly like we wanted. They were very transparent with me that the gift wrap colour may not be what I want. They also worked with my mom on the delivery and kept notifying her of the shipment status. The items were well packaged and arrived on time. The bowl and the gift box look sturdy and beautiful! We are pleased with the item and the service. Thank you!

I was placing a bulk order for a white metal Duck Shaped Bowl from Dallas, TX, USA. I would like to commend Amit for his business ethics. He addressed all my queries. I received the consignment from India to the USA much ahead of the promised date. The packages arrived in excellent condition which was gift-wrapped too, This saved me a lot of time.   • Top class service by BOONTOON. I ordered return gifts for a wedding event and was sent the delivery before time. Unfortunately one of the product in the set was defective. On informing support team of boontoon about the manufacturing defect in all the 50 sets, they immediately got the new ones made overnight on war footing and sent them to me through express delivery which reached on time for the event. Thank you Mr. Amit for your 7 star service.
