The portal offers an online e-commerce service ("Services") that allows our Visitors and Members (individuals, firms, or corporates registered with us) to buy various products/services offered by us. The various Services being provided will be updated from time to time. The Company also reserves the right to add, modify or discontinue provision of any of the Services at its sole judgment. Termination :
Our services are not available to temporarily or indefinitely suspended Members. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. We may, in our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your use or access to all or part of the site or your account or membership, for any reason, including without limitation, breach of these Terms of Use. If at any time, we notify you that your access to and/or use of the site or your account is terminated, you must cease and desist from all such access and/or use immediately. We reserve the right to cancel, delay, refuse to ship, or recall from the shipper any order if fraud is suspected.
You shall be liable to pay for any Service or product that you have already ordered till the time of Termination by either party whatsoever. Further, you shall be entitled to your royalty payments as per the User License Agreement that has or is legally deemed accrued to you.
Variation in products :
In case of hand-made/ handicraft products, the product may vary 10-15 % from its description. For this we are not supposed to held responsible by the members.
For other products, alterations to certain aspects of your order such as the merchandise brand, size, colour etc. may be required due to limitations caused by availability of product difference in size charts of respective brands etc. In this case, we will notify you via email or other means, if you do not agree with the requested change you retain the right to dismiss your order.

Governing Law:

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
