We ordered the bowl and spoon gift set for our family event. I live in the USA and delivery had to be made to my Mom in Bangalore. Boontoon coordinated very well with both of us. We also ordered the gift wrap and thank you card as the cost was well worth it. They worked with me for designing the thank you card and made it exactly like we wanted. They were very transparent with me that the gift wrap colour may not be what I want. They also worked with my mom on the delivery and kept notifying her of the shipment status.
