Our return policy is applicable only in the mentioned cases :
1) We fail to deliver the item on the requested date.
2) In case the item is broken, damaged during the time of delivery
3)The item does not match the details mentioned on BoonToon.com.
Procedure :
In case you want to refund the item for the above mentioned cases, please notify us within 24hrs of the delivery. Your amount will be refunded once we verify your request.
